Slow Art Day – Mindful Art Viewing

To mark International Slow Art Day, the Georg Kolbe Museum is offering a leisurely guided tour of the exhibition “Creating Spaces: The Constructivist Marlow Moss”. The focus is on a small selection of works, which will be examined in close detail. Mindfulness exercises, moments of quiet reflection and creative methods help to sharpen one’s own perception and discover new ways of engaging with art.

The emphasis is on personal impressions and shared discussion. This creates a relaxed art experience that offers space for reflection, concentration and dialogue. The approximately 45-minute tour is aimed at anyone who wishes to experience art without the pressure of time.
